He specialises in helping automotive and manufacturing companies navigate complex changes. Having witnessed the challenges and triumphs of industries facing significant shifts—such as the electric vehicle revolution—he understands that technology, business models, and human behaviour must evolve rapidly. If organisations don't innovate, they risk being left behind. By leveraging his extensive network across the industry, Brad aims to bring the best, brightest, and most insightful experts onto the podcast to share their knowledge and perspectives.
